Data we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode (if you give it), the lesson type you are interested in, and any message you write. We also record which page you sent the enquiry from and, if you arrived from an advert or link, where it came from, such as the campaign name. If you accept cookies, Microsoft Clarity also collects anonymous information about how you use this site.
Lawful basis
We use your enquiry details to respond to you and to take steps toward giving you lessons. This is covered by legitimate interests and pre-contract steps under UK GDPR. We use analytics only if you consent.
How we use and store data
We use your details to contact you about lessons. We keep general enquiries for 12 months, then delete them. Pupils’ records are kept for as long as we need them to run lessons and meet legal duties.

Marketing and opt-out
We only contact you about your enquiry and lessons. If we ever send marketing, you can opt out at any time by telling us.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to its use, and ask for it to be moved. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
